Each individual is permitted to hold only one slotspkr account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, contact numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3Account Rules & Your Responsibilities

As a registered player at slotspkr, you are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. Your account password must not be shared with any other person. slotspkr will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your slotspkr account, whether or not you personally authorised each individual action.
• You must not use your slotspkr account for any purpose other than lawful personal gaming and entertainment.

• You must not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, betting market, promotion, or technical feature of the platform.
• Account balances at slotspkr are non-transferable between players. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any portion of your balance to any other person.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

slotspkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bet stakes, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PKR. The platform does not accept or pay out in any foreign currency.

Withdrawal requests at slotspkr may only be made to a payment account that is registered in your own name and that matches the verified details on your slotspkr account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

• Withdrawal processing times stated above are estimates. slotspkr cannot be held responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or financial institution.

• Attempted chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit claims will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where appropriate.

5Betting Rules & Markets

All sports betting and virtual sports betting at slotspkr is subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. In the event of any apparent conflict between these general Terms and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall take precedence.

• Minimum bet at slotspkr is Rs 100 on all sports and virtual sports markets unless otherwise stated for a specific market.
• All bets are final once confirmed. slotspkr does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below.
• In-play bets placed after a market has closed (due to a network lag or technical issue) will be voided and stakes returned. slotspkr uses automated systems to detect and handle such situations.
• In the event of a PSL or international cricket match being abandoned, reduced-overs matches are settled on the official result declared by the governing body. Fully abandoned matches with no official result will have all pre-match bets voided and stakes returned.
• slotspkr reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without notice, particularly in cases of suspected match manipulation, technical failure, or exceptional events.
• Obvious pricing errors (where an odds price has been published in clear error) will be voided. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds will not be honoured and stakes will be returned.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your slotspkr account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant market.

6Bonuses & Promotional Offers

slotspkr offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which shall be read in conjunction with this section.

• All bonuses at slotspkr are subject to a wagering requirement unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the total value of bets that must be placed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts will be treated as multi-accounting and dealt with accordingly.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• slotspkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend bonus terms, or to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses are available to Pakistani residents only and must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired, unused bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• Free bets or bet credit awarded as part of a promotion at slotspkr do not form part of your withdrawable balance unless the qualifying wagering conditions have been met.

7Refer a Friend Programme

The slotspkr Refer a Friend programme allows existing verified players to earn PKR rewards by introducing new players to the platform. The programme is subject to the following rules in addition to any specific terms published on the Refer a Friend page.

• A referral reward of Rs 500 is credited to the referring player's account when a referred player: (a) registers using the referrer's unique link, (b) completes any required verification steps, and (c) makes a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 200.
• Referred accounts must be genuinely new accounts — individuals who have not previously been registered at slotspkr. Self-referrals (creating a second account to generate a referral reward) are strictly prohibited.
• Referral rewards at slotspkr are credited as withdrawable PKR cash balance with no wagering requirement attached.

• In all cases where slotspkr is found liable, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

13Account Suspension & Closure

slotspkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or use of automated software.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• A player's account remaining inactive (no login or bet placed) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account restriction.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, slotspkr reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned via the player's most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily should contact slotspkr support via live chat. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method.

14Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any bet settlement, game outcome, payment, or other matter relating to your slotspkr account, we ask that you follow the process below:
